What was the highlight of El Racó de Madremanya
A beautiful place with charming hosts and comfortable facilities allowed us to relax completely.
Our suite was at the top of an old building set in lovely gardens. A generous spacious set of rooms, bedroom (with terrace0, sitting and bathroom, well equipped and charming. The views across the medieval rooftops and the gardens were special. It felt like our own private medieval castle. Heated pool was great. Staff couldn't do more to help. Everything you needed provided form bath gel to pool towels, hairdryer and mini bar. Quiet, beautiful countryside. A good breakfast provided and taken outside where squadrons of swallows swooped overhead and finches chattered in the bushes was a delight. Plenty of sightseeing within a short distance, from stunning archaeological sites to seaside resorts.
TV only basic Spanish. Dinner was delicious but main courses all a little rich. The choice could have included some plain grilled chicken/fish. Very limited food options within walking distance, needed to drive.

Friendly staff who all have an eye for detail. They really want your stay to be as perfect as possible. Our room and the common areas are decorated with taste and style, and give a homey feeling where you can easily relax.

Very Good
Great location for R&R. Friendly staff and great food.
Noisy aircon. Wifi access was tricky, but probably down to the fact that our room was in a building with wonderfully old walls.
